Upon Arrival
Exterior check of grounds, landscape, pests, yards, and sprinklers
• Remove newspapers, flyers, check the mailbox
• Visual check of outdoor light fixtures
• Visual exterior check including roof (from the ground), screens, windows, AC units, fence

Interior Inspection

Check all windows and doors for damage and ensure they are locked

Visual check for signs of water damage, microbial growth, and mildew

Check for signs of insects, pests, and rodentsCheck closets, pantry, and storage cabinets for signs of the above.

Verify AC and thermostat settings; adjust as necessary

Check refrigerator, freezers, and wine coolers for proper temperature and operation

• Enable security system, lock doors
• Make sure water supply is off( this is done either at the outside on off valve, or at the street. To prevent damage, should a leak start in between visits)
