Property Monitoring Service (Vacant Property Checks)
Know Where Your Investment Stands
Our subscription-based property monitoring service is ideally suited for banks with foreclosed and vacant properties, out-of-state lenders, property managers with vacant units, landlords residing outside the city, owners of seasonal residences, and anyone seeking remote monitoring of their properties. We offer flexible inspection frequencies, including once a month, twice a month, or once a week. For banks and lenders, we also provide a quarterly inspection option.
Squatter Removal Services
We'll Do It, So You Don't Have To
We offer a one-time squatter removal service for a flat fee of $400. This service includes the removal of squatters from your property, as well as a thorough inspection with photographic documentation of any damages caused by the squatters. A Secondary Check will be performed the following day to ensure the squatter has not returned. We also offer lock changing and window board-up services in case of compromised access points. Furthermore, we collaborate closely with a home restoration company to replace windows, doors, or repair any damages caused by squatters. We highly recommend our subscription program, as the squatter removal fee is already incorporated into the subscription cost.
Property Management Inspections
Save Time Without Skipping Steps
Old Pueblo Property Recovery offers pre-move in, move-out and periodic maintenance inspections for rental properties. We partner with Property Managers or Landlords by providing a professional and thorough walkthrough inspections and will highlight all areas of concern/any damage to the home after or during long-term or short-term tenancy. OPPR does not provide turnover maintenance services. A full, detailed report including photos will be provided by email or uploaded to your preferred vendor portal.
